Additional Shipping Information:
Most orders are shipped via Fed Ex.
Please indicate in the comment box if you require Fed Ex
to leave the package with a signature. If you require a signature it must be signed for by
an adult and after the third attempt the package will be returned back to us. If you do not require
a signature, Fed-Ex will leave the package, which would relieve the USNA Gift Shop from responsibility.
If the customer made an error in the address they provided on their order, a $10.00 surcharge
will be added for any address corrections that must be submitted for Fed Ex to properly deliver the package.
Packages shipped via Fed-Ex will be insured up to $100.00 of sales value for loss or damage package.
If your order is over $100.00 you have an option to insuring the package for an additional $5.00 to cover
Fed-Ex loss or damages only. If you would like the additional insurance please indicate in the comment box.
The reshipping of size corrections, due to customer error, will require re-billing of the
appropriate shipping charges.
Please allow approx. 2 weeks for delivery of standard orders (Backorders may take longer).
Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day orders do not include Saturday, Sunday or government holidays
as working days. Overnight orders must be placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time in order
to be shipped the same day.
APO and FPO orders will be shipped via USPS. We do not bill to international addresses or ship to international addresses.
