covers all items on our website.

Exchange & Refunds in Store
You can exchange or return your on-line purchase at our Gift Shop
location in the Naval Academy. With a receipt we will gladly credit
your account, refund check or exchange for other merchandise within
45 days of purchase. Without receipt, we can exchange for merchandise.
We do not refund for shipping fees.
Exchange & Refunds by Mail
You can exchange or return your on-line purchase back to our Mail Order
department. With a receipt we will gladly credit your account, refund
check or exchange for other merchandise within 45 days of purchase.
Without receipt, we can exchange for merchandise. Customer must pay for
return/exchange shipping fees by enclosing credit card information.
We do not refund for shipping fees. Please fill out your MERCHANDISE
RETURN FORM and send it to:

Please allow three weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped
back to you, two billing cycles for a credit on your credit card
statement, and three to four weeks for a refund check.
